JOB SUMMARY:   We are looking for a responsible Administrative and Communication Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative, communication, and clerical tasks. The duties of the Administrative and Communication Coordinator include providing support to the President and Director of Programs and Operations, assisting with daily office needs, and managing our Chamber’s general administrative and communication activities. The responsibilities include creating effective communication with AACCGP’s staff, members, sponsors, and partners, making travel, and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems, The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you also have previous experience in communication or Executive Administrative Assistant and familiarity with our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful candidate should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
