6/23 The Rate Effects: Who's Buying? Who's Waiting
Join us for a fireside chat with Rio Tashiro, economist at the Federal Reserve Bank, and Rose Hanh Yuan, founder of the AREAA Greater Philadelphia Chapter. They will discuss how current interest rate trends are influencing the real estate market, including shifts in mortgage rates, buyer behavior, and investment strategies. This is a great opportunity to gain timely insights from both a policy and industry perspective.
Coffee and networking will follow the discussion.
